About our Chef
Chef Raymond has been creating meals to remember since 1969. His specialties include soups, sauces, Italian, Polish and American cuisine. His training has included working under many top chefs in the Chicago area and developed a large recipe catalog of his own.Chef Raymond developed Health, Sanitation and Food Prep courses for the Cook County Training Center and taught young adults who are now themselves excelling in the culinary trade.
